In all dental treatments, we should respect the biology and should manage it, especially in implant dentistry. In this treatment, first of all the implant should be placed in the best 3dimensional position that has no biological complications. This means that implant should be placed in healthy and good quality of soft and hard tissues with the best relation with its surroundings and its antagonist and biomechanical issues. Nowadays loading time of the implants is also a challenging issue for both practitioners and patients. By using digital innovations and equipment, we can choose implant sites in the bone which have good quality and quantity. Bone density can be analyzed and 3dimentional position of the implants can be designed. By using this method, the surgical complications and fault can be prevented and also it can help the practitioner choose the best surgical procedure such as flapless or flap and also GBR. Loading of the implants with prosthetic design also can be achieved in the software. Therefore, digital innovations can help us to have predictable treatment plans with better results and fewer complications.
